1. Definitions & Professional Scope

These terms govern the professional advisory and administrative services provided by Shintaro Takagi (National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter), hereafter referred to as "the Consultant."

• Advisory: Linguistic, cultural, and logistical guidance provided during scheduled sessions.

• Representation: Acting as an authorized representative or attorney-in-fact for reservations, insurance negotiations, and liaison with Japanese authorities.

• Legal Limitation: These services are administrative and linguistic. They do not constitute the practice of law or medicine.

2. Administrative Add-ons & Short-Notice Fees

• Document Services: Fees for Custom NDAs, Outsourcing Agreements, and Power of Attorney (POA) support are per-document (up to 3 sheets).

• Expedited Administrative Fee: Any consulting or bespoke planning requested to commence within 7 days of the initial inquiry is subject to a ¥10,000 Short-Notice Fee.

• Formal Dress: If a consultant is required to attend an in-person meeting in a Tuxedo or Full Formal attire, the specialized dress code fee applies.

3. Itinerary Development & Project Fees

• Session-Based Planning: If an itinerary is finalized within the booked 1-hour consulting session, no further fees apply.

• Bespoke Development: Offline research, booking coordination, and document production are billed as Project Fees (¥70,000 for the initial 7-day scope). These fees are non-refundable once the development phase has begun.

4. Emergency & Disaster Management ("The Anchor" Protocol)

• Coordination: In the event of an accident or natural disaster, the Consultant acts as the Client’s "Anchor," coordinating with local authorities, embassies, and medical providers.

• Availability: While the Consultant prioritizes emergency support for active clients, "Immediate" response is subject to local transit conditions and communication infrastructure during Force Majeure events.

• Liability: The Consultant is not liable for the actions of third-party emergency responders or the outcomes of natural disasters.

5. Confidentiality & "Silent Partner" Protocol

• Strict NDA: All sessions are conducted under professional confidentiality standards. The Consultant will not disclose client identities, travel movements, or corporate strategies to third parties without consent.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Consulting Sessions: * 8+ Days Notice: 100% Refund (minus transaction fees).

  • 2–7 Days Notice: 50% Refund.

  • Within 48 Hours / No-Show: 100% Cancellation Fee.

• Project Fees: No refunds are issued once "Bespoke Itinerary Development" has commenced.

7. Intellectual Property & Governing Law

• Usage: Bespoke itineraries and localized strategies are for the Client's personal or internal corporate use. Public distribution or commercial resale is prohibited.

• Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
