For clients requiring expert guidance, I offer comprehensive online consulting. These sessions are designed to provide professional-grade advisory and administrative support across Japan. 

  • Price: ¥20,000

  • Duration: 1 Hour (Online)

Maximizing Our Time: To ensure we dive straight into solutions, please provide a summary of your questions or draft plan at least 24 hours before our session.

Bespoke Itinerary & Luxury Travel arrangement

For clients requiring the creation of a comprehensive, bespoke itinerary from scratch, the following professional fees apply:

Initial Development (Up to 7 Days): ¥70,000 JPY

Extended Development (Per additional 7 Days): ¥50,000 JPY

These project fees only apply to offline research, booking coordination, and detailed document production. No extra charge is applied if the itinerary can be finalized or solved within our 1-hour scheduled session. 

Cancellation & Expense Policy

  • 8+ Days Notice: 100% Refund (minus any credit card processing fees).

  • 2–7 Days Notice: 50% Cancellation Fee.

  • Within 48 Hours / No-Show: 100% Cancellation Fee.

  • Professional Travel advisory: Nationwide expert guidance on logistics, cultural etiquette, and regional navigation.

  • Itinerary Validation: Professional vetting of your existing plans to ensure feasibility and efficiency.

  • Luxury & VIP Coordination: Expert vetting of high-end accommodations and exclusive cultural experiences.

  • Corporate & Academic Support: Preparatory sessions for international conventions and professional site visits.

  • Linguistic Support: Online interpretation (English/Japanese), or Translation & localization review.

  • Legal & Administrative Liaison: Serving as an authorized representative for high-value reservations or insurance negotiations.

  • Emergency & Disaster Management: Acting as your designated "Anchor" for safety protocols and emergency coordination within Japan.

  • Confidentiality: All sessions are conducted under strict NDA and professional confidentiality standards. Note: I do not engage in or facilitate any activities that violate Japanese law.
